Job Title: Full-Time Dental Assistant

Location: Sparrow Dental – Myrtle Beach, SC

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable Full-Time Dental Assistant who is eager to learn and grow with our practice. The ideal candidate will be willing to be cross-trained and assist in various areas of the office to support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized operatory
• Provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort
• Document patient records accurately
• Support front office duties as needed (cross-training provided)
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Radiology certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team player attitude
