Dental Assistant - Western Mass Periodontics & NobelPerio | Great Barrington, Pittsfield & Agawam, MA

Western Mass Periodontics and NobelPerio are seeking a Dental Assistant to support our periodontal and implant teams across our Great Barrington, Pittsfield, and Agawam locations. What We Offer

  • $24-27/hr based on experience

  • Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or weekends

Your Role

  • Assist periodontists chairside during surgical and non-surgical procedures

  • Take and process digital x-rays, maintain sterilization protocols, and prepare operatories

  • Support implant and grafting cases while ensuring efficient clinical flow

  • Educate patients on treatment steps and post-op care with empathy and clarity

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Dental Assisting certification or relevant experience (preferred)

  • Radiology certification (required or willing to obtain)

  • 1+ year of dental assisting experience - periodontic or surgical a plus

  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
